She went so much farther than "above & beyond", holding my hand every step of the way from really hearing my wants & needs, to searching out my dream house, and then making the deal with my best interest at the forefront. My particular situation was fairly difficult & involved, but she never let it show and focused on the endpoint like a laser; I never felt for a second that I wouldn't end up in the perfect place.
